well, these are crappy pictures, but hey, i’m updating.  here’s a quick pic of me with the office sword.  the light is so weird in that conference room – i felt faintly joan of arc-ish.

outfit details: fur coat is thrifted; boots are doc martens; silk gyspy skirt is bcbg; cashmere sweater is vintage; neck and hair scarves were found at various street fairs and such

song inspiration: “tree by the river” by iron & wine.  iron & wine has a new album out, called kissing each other clean.  i’m digging it – it’s interesting instrumentally and much more produced than anything else they have done.  here’s a live version of one of the tunes from it.
